On an average, a coaching session on the telephone will take between 15 and 35 minutes. Sometimes a quick 5 or an intensive 50 minutes will help. You can call me any time. If I'm free, we can have our talk right then and there. Otherwise we'll make an appointment which you can also do by text message, fax, or e-mail. Of course, you can change or cancel these telephone appointments anytime without incurring any charge.

If it should not prove possible to find a time slot for a whole week due to my absence, we shall of course prolong your flat rate for a week (or the appropriate time span).

The longer your flat rate is valid, the cheaper it will get!
